We used Collin Shafer as our realtor and it was the best decision we have ever made! Selling our house and buying our new home was easier than I ever could’ve imagined. Collin kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. He was very transparent with everything. He definitely had our best interests in mind. He was available any time we had any questions or concerns. Multiple people told us how stressful buying and selling homes is, but with Collin, it was stress free! He was patient with us in our search for a new house, and he ultimately found the perfect one for us. We were able to close on both homes on the same day! It could not have been more seamless.
