Colin guided my through the process of selling an investment property in Arlington. I am Navy and out of the area and he handled everything remotely providing frequent updates via phone, text, and email. He handled all the heavy lifting and coordinating with lawyers and my old property manager. Literally the only thing I had to do was digitally sign some documents and meet a remote notary on closing day. Great experience and I will definitely work with him again next time I am doing anything with real estate in the Jacksonville area.
