Collette was extraordinary throughout the entire process, one made more difficult due to COVID-19 restrictions. She pre-qualified people interested in seeing the house and kept me informed. She explained the process and various details and documents. She also went above and beyond while needed repairs were being done prior to close. I don't believe many other realtors would oversee the repairs as well as help scrape paint! I'm very thankful she was my realtor and would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their house. She has all of the qualities one would look for in a realtor - this from an extremely satisfied client.
