My husband and I met Colleen at another open house we were viewing. She won both of us over then. We had so many questions about selling our house and she answered all of them easily. She is the most knowledgeable person we have had the opportunity to talk to about selling our home. She came into our house and started explaining even more to us about selling and buying a house. She also has the patience of a saint dealing with all of our questions and concerns. It took us about 3 months to sell our house and she was so positive with me especially, I was getting real frustrated with the process. She continued with all of her positivity and knowledge. Once we were in escrow and ready to but our new house, she walked both of us through the hole process. Everything is now finalized, and we still text her or call her with questions and she graciously helps us through whatever we ask her. She is not only a wonderful realitor, but now she is a friend.
