GOOD: Colleen is beyond genuine and caring - she truly wants what is best for clients and gets to know you on a personal level. We met with other agents and just kept coming back to Colleen because she is so personable and truly cares. For simple sales, Colleen is the way to go! NOT GOOD: Communication and follow-up with Colleen is really difficult. She doesn't call when she says she will and it often takes 3-5 times of asking for something before you get it. I've used Colleen on 3 separate occasions over the last 10 years (Sold a house ~2010, bought a house ~2019, sold/bought a house 2021) and I've experienced it every time. I referred her to a family member and they experienced the same thing both times they used her (sold a house/bought a house and sold a house.) Also, she will be late for almost everything. As much as I would want to use Colleen again because she is so genuine and caring, the communication piece (or lack of) makes the whole process bitterly painful.

We worked with Colleen to list and sell our house. Colleen is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and made extra strides to poll our marketplace and do it right. She is energetic and ran open houses every weekend until it sold. When there were difficulties with the paperwork from the buyer, she managed it all without "ruffling any feathers" all while getting us the best price and seamless transition to our new home.
