Colleen is a pleasure to work with! She made selling and buying my properties a stress-free experience. In selling my home, Colleen organized all appointments, inspections, staging, etc., resulting in multiple offers and a quick sale. In buying a property, Colleen pointed out the pros/cons of numerous properties, gave great recommendations, and was instrumental in negotiating with the seller. There was never any pressure to buy. Colleen was always on time for appointments, detailed-focused, and was quick to resolve any problems. I would definitely chose Colleen again!
