Colleen has a lot of experience and knowledge in Realestate. She was able to walk us thru a number of scenarios with a myriad of properties we had interest in and making several offers in a timely organized fashion. She was able to quickly learn what our real needs were and give us feedback on whether a house really met those needs or not so we could refine our efforts. She made the process easier. We are happy with her assistance in buying our home and when we’re ready to get the next one we will call on her.
