Colleen was our go to girl for finding us a wonderful home in Sun City, Colleen went over and above and found us a move in ready home that fit our needs perfectly! I first met Colleen at an open house she was hosting in September, 2019. It turned out that particular property was not what I was looking for, so Colleen and I worked together over the next several months to identify properties that we thought would be a better fit. In January, 2020, I made a trip back to the Island and we toured as many properties as we could fit into an exhausting long weekend. As it turned out, I ended up making my offer on a property that came on the market earlier the same day. We found it as we were researching comparable sales to make an offer on another unit in the same complex. Colleen was also very helpful with putting me in touch with someone who could help me navigate financing with my self-employed status. Through it all, Colleen was very professional but still had a great sense of humor. With much uncertainty about the world in general, I closed on my property on the first day of "two weeks to slow the spread." It's been a crazy time since, but I have not regretted my purchase or my choice to work with Colleen!!
