We recently sold our house in Irvine and couldn't be happier with our agent Colleen Morrill. We got a great price and far sooner than we could have imagined. Collen was part agent, part contractor and full time cheeleader to get it done. She helped spruce up the place by hiring a painter, a landscaper and even oversaw the staging. Better yet, she was totally in tune with the market, knew when to list and how to price it. She understood the mindset of the buyer. She's a great combination of talents and was always on the other end of the phone whenever we needed to chat. Best of all, we made a lot of money with her at the wheel. We only wish we had another house to sell!!!
