Colleen is professional and also personal. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for. After purchase she made herself available for follow up questions.

I have mentioned her to people I work with that were looking for homes.

Colleen is a very honest, professional realtor. She will work hard on your behalf. I would highly recommend her. She is has decades of experience in the business and has helped us with numerous real estate transactions, some which were very difficult situations. We are extremely grateful for her help. If you are looking for the best, you have come to the right person!

Colleen is the best when it comes to personal service. She will tell you all of the things that you "need to hear" not just the stuff that you "want to hear". Colleen is always very professional. I would recommend her (and I have) to everyone.

I sit in my adorable home in Irvine CA thanks to Colleen Morril not only did she have excellent knowledge of the area in which I wanted to settle but she patiently guided me through the entire process. Her easy going conversational style is non threatening and she trully wants what is best for you be you the seller or the buyer. In additon I found her to e a women of intregrity who I could traust. I would not hessitae to recomend her and would definatly use her again.
