Not my first rodeo with Colleen so I knew I was in good hands.

This was my first home purchase and I was on a tight timeline to find and close on a property. Colleen's knowledge and experience made the process way less stressful than I expected. She was able to guide me through things I wouldn't have known with how lenders look at homes and how certain things can add or detract from values and resales. She also was an all-star at meeting my strict time requirements and meeting with me either after work or on my lunch break sometimes with only very little notice and made it clear she was also willing to look at homes for me as they are moving quickly in this market. Colleen helped me with how to structure offers and how to respond when we got unfortunate news. Lastly, I looked at the home I purchased on short notice the morning I was heading to the airport for business travel and Colleen accommodated that, worked extremely well with the selling agent and then guided me through the due diligence period as I was out of town during that time. Again, another process that should have been stressful that Colleen made a breeze. Cut to date and now I am in my dream first home in a fantastic location and under budget! She is a rockstar and you would be lucky to be her client!
