I have nothing but nice things to say about Colleen. Selling my condo was bittersweet but she helped make the process and the transition very smooth. Collen first came over and did a walk through and had a binder set up just for me and gave me a market analysis. Colleen is so knowledgeable about the market trends. Colleen kept me updated on everything that was going on while I was at work/school. The showings were set up perfectly through the app and I knew who was coming and going with no surprises. The pictures of the place looked amazing which was such a great marketing piece and she talked me through every detail of what the offers were and what they meant. As offers came in, Colleen let me know what was offered, things that needed to be addressed, and if they wanted anything looked into by a professional. Colleen was great at negotiating a price that was agreed on by both parties and the stipulations set forth. It was a great feeling to not have a pushy realtor like in the past and I felt relieved when my concerns were heard about the offers. Colleen is an amazing individual and I can't wait to use her services again when the time comes for my family and I to purchase a house.
