Colleen helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional, dedicated, thoughtful, kind and smart. Colleen is a gem.

Colleen's communication exceeded our expectations. Her knowledge of the market and general residential considerations made our experience. When the inspection revealed a snag that might kill the same, Colleen shot right over to the house to trouble shoot with us and the seller. She has seemingly endless contacts, a wonderful attitude and truly made us feel like her number one priority. Don't hesitate to connect with her and see for yourself if she the right realtor for you. (The answer is though, is: YEAH SHE IS)
