After a few years of waiting for the market to recover, I finally decided to sell my condo in Seal Beach. I was so glad that Colleen Low was able to guide me through the whole process. Yes, she was definitely familiar with the market in that area, and yes, she kept me updated every step of the way. But what I really appreciated was the fact that I felt as important as someone with a million dollar listing. My concerns were her concerns, my goals were her goals, and she (with her husband John) was definitely invested in making the sale happen. And even when the first buyer backed out just after the start of escrow, she assured me that we’d get the property sold. If you are looking to sell your property in Long Beach or Seal Beach or places beyond—whether a 4 bedroom Craftsman or a 1-bedroom condo—I would definitely recommend the Low Group. You won’t regret it!
