Colleen Long helped me sell my parents' property. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Getting the house to market took longer than expected -- Colleen stayed with me. Various minor repairs needed to be scheduled and carried out in a very busy market -- Colleen made everything happen and her people were first rate. I had a minor nervous breakdown -- Colleen did not judge. I did not want to do a lot of cosmetic work because I felt buyers would want to make the house their own -- Colleen did not push back.
