During the course of selling our house we had an opportunity to speak to a highly respected housing inspector who did an inspection of our house for our buyer. What this inspector said to us is that out of all the realtors he’s come in contact with over the last 20 years there’s only a handful (and he showed us his hand with fingers spread ) who he’d recommend to his family or close friends. Colleen is on that list, he said. He had a lot of respect for her, she was one of the best. To this statement we were in full agreement. Colleen has been fabulous, on top of everything with extensive knowledge, experience and expertise, and was great to work with. We felt extremely fortunate to have stumbled across her… my husband had picked her from the ReMax website and we chose her over two other realtors recommended to us. Soon we realized her value and pretty much felt like we had won the lottery.

Colleen and the team were great start to finish for our sale and also purchase. It's a stressful process that they were able to guide us through each step along the way in a very thoughtful and professional manner, thanks!
