Colleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Genuine and Professional

We are so fortunate to have found Colleen Kahl and Kim Coburn to sell our home this fall. They were both so patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions and/or concerns. Both Colleen and Kim had our best interest in mind every step of the way. They were more focused on making us all feel comfortable about the selling process than making the sale. They both made everything so effortless from provided amazing photographs, and staging tips, to Open Houses. Their hard work and knowledge really paid off. Our home sold within a week of listing it and we couldn't be happier. In short we have recommended Colleen and Kim to everyone we know. They are true professionals and genuine nice women. You would be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. Christine and Mark Hartwig
