I absolutely cannot say enough about Colleen!!! She is a go getter, looks for ways to get the most out of your house and proved herself to be the best at what she does. I got more for my house than the other two houses in my neighborhood that had the same floor plan as mine that both sold one month prior to mine and I would like to point out, mine was not the best looking out of the three, yet she got me $10,000 more! She also knows how stressful selling or buying a house is and makes a point not to bother you with anything that she can handle and keep the stress off of you. Very, very good! Tell her your goals and she will help you achieve them! Whether that's buying or selling she will walk you through the whole process fast and easy.
