Colleen did a great job, and did what no other Realtor could have, or would have done! She worked tirelessly and relentlessly for FOUR LONG YEARS to sell my late father's property as part of a probate estate, which unbeknownst to either of us at the time we started had many complications due to liens, title issues, and an uncooperative/corrupt out-of-state mortgage lender. Colleen is an expert at dealing with the market in my area, knew how to navigate through the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development, as well as strategies to resolve the lien with a lender which no longer existed. I would have been lost and abused by the the system had Colleen not stuck with me and guided me through to a successful sale. This format does not permit me to expand further, but suffice it to say that Colleen is our hero for sticking with our family and breaking us through so many hurdles and obstacles. I am confident that any other Realtor would have given up long ago and left us abandoned and stuck with a distressed property. Every time we encountered a seemingly unresolvable hurdle, Colleen became even more creative and determined. Words cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have, by chance, been connected to such a wonderful and highly competent, experienced, and professional Realtor!
