I would have to say with all the glitches we had to go through with sellers that Colleen made our experience still 100% amazing! We had so many good chats and laughs through out this process! When a seller backs out multiple times and we still came out happy in the end thanks speaks volume to Colleens on the ball actions. We couldn't be happier. She will always remain in our lives as our friend. She is simply wonderful!!
