We met Colleen through her dropping off a flyer of one of her recent closings nearby. It highlighted pictures of the staging she did for the seller. The staging is included in their commission, rather than a separate fee. That checked off several things important to us in a seller's agent. First impression of the agent herself, since we would be working closely with her, and her staging ability was very favorable plus most importantly she knew the value of our particular location. We just kept the flyer since we were not expecting to sell at that time. Glad we did! Once we decided to sell, we interviewed several realtors. Colleen provided excellent guidance in what we needed to do to prepare our house for a sale. Throughout the process, she was very easy to communicate with regarding any questions we had. There were many since it had been many years since we had sold and bought a home. We would highly recommend Colleen to anyone!
