She also sent brochures to specific target markets. This gave my place a lot of exposure! The pictures that were taken of my apartment looked like it had come out of a magazine. It was impeccable! • She is an expert in the Revere real estate market and also very knowledgeable about other markets in the Boston area. All apartments that she sold on my building were sold at top dollars. • She listens very well and can adapt to your needs or any issues that might come up while selling. We had some issues with the financing of the buyer and Colleen went above and beyond to help make sure that everything was in order for the closing. • She is extremely patient and a honest real estate agent who will discuss any concerns you have, at length, without rushing you into anything. <br/><br/>I recommend Colleen to anyone who is selling or buying a property in Massachusetts.
