Colleen is a fantastic person to work with. She was willing to drive all over to look at the kinds of properties I was interested in, all without rushing or pressuring me. She was glad to talk through a number of negotiating tactics and although she offered her suggestions when asked, was entirely willing to take alternative approaches if that's what I wanted to do. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I found her by accident (quite randomly on Zillow) and am so so glad I picked her to help me with buying and selling homes.
