Back in 2021 I contacted Colleen to list my property. We had our hurdles from the start. I had some bad tenants in one of the units and had to cancel the listing while I worked on removing them from the property. After getting the tenants out and remodeling the property, we listed the property again in May of 2022. We had an offer for full asking price in just 12 days. Closing was ultimately held up do to a VA appraisal taking much longer than expected. But even with the hurdles, we closed on June 30th. I became very upset during the process and wanted to pull out of the deal. I am very thankful for Colleen and her team.
