Colleen is the consummate professional. This was our first transaction with Colleen and it soon became obvious that she has extensive experience in the South Bay area. In addition, since this was going to be a long distance sale, we needed to feel comfortable that we had a partner that would go above and beyond a typical agents responsibilities. Colleen was unbelievably patient with us as we searched for a house. We weren't really sure what we wanted and she was ready to spend all the time necessary to help us figure that out. She taught us what can be changed in a house, what needs to be changed, and how much all of it might cost. We never felt pressured at all to hurry or make a decision. And when we finally did make an offer, she jumped on every aspect of the process to make sure it went as smoothly as possible - arranging inspections, scheduling appointments, recommending contractors, and even hounding a few people who needed hounding. She also spent several hours patiently explaining every aspect of the process to us so we felt entirely comfortable placing every signature. Colleen is a great friend, and I can't imagine a buyer being dissatisfied with her work.
