This has been the most difficult move we have ever had, and we have moved plenty! But before, we mostly had cash buys, which simplifies things. Also, we were moving from a spacious home to a smaller one, additionally, my husband has many health issues. Now if anyone could take all those things and make a move as smooth and simple as possible, Colleen could. There were certainly difficulties and caused by the loan company, but Colleen was there to ease the burden. She was responsive, caring, fun, and a wonderful person to work with. We are a tricky situation. We were looking to purchase a home in the Tampa area but we lived in Ohio. We were referred to Colleen and she was amazing to work with. The market was HOT and she sent listings everyday. We looked for months but she never made us feel pressured to purchase before we found our perfect new home. We found one within an hour of it listing - she had a showing for us within a few hours and we wrote an offer that evening. Since we were 1100 miles away, she did extra footwork for us and anytime that I had a question, she had an answer for me that day.
