We have been working with Colleen for the last several years to find a one level home for our not so “Golden Years”. Due to medical problems our search was not easy but Colleen remained patient and steadfast through it all. Weekly she would send me her latest finds which fit my criteria. Finally, we found the perfect one level in the right community. Colleen assisted me in checking things I hadn’t thought of during my final inspection. She called me routinely to update me on the progress of closing details that were delayed. She came to the closing for additional support.
