Colin and Monika are a steady presence to work with. Through our buying process, there were curve balls to deal with. Difficulties with mortgage, closing, interacting with seller's realtor, etc. Colin and Monika helped us navigate these things with very little drama. They helped us figure out when there really was an issue vs. background noise that was no big deal. Also -- they are just nice people. Highly recommend them!
