The relocation experience with Fazendin was great. We were paired with Colin Simpson and we have never had such a good experience with an agent. No pressure, extremely patient and he even would pick out flaws of the houses for us to think about. Even if he knew the house might not work, he still showed it to us so that he could gain market knowledge. Great connection. Good experience. We would definitely recommend Fazendin and Colin Simpson. Also, Donnie Robin with American Mortgage that was paired with us by your agency was great too. He made the financing process go really smoothly and is overall really nice guy.
