Colin was incredibly helpful in the house purchasing process. He met with us in person right away and went step by step through the whole process which is something we didn't get with the first realty company (not Fazendin) that we contacted. This was important since we were first time home buyers and were pretty overwhelmed with the whole process. Colin always gave us clear input on each house we were seeing, what he thought was good and what he thought wasn't so good, as well as what we should look out for. Eventually we were discussing the grading of the lawn and the state of the foundation without him event mentioning it.
