I have bought and sold several homes over the years and have dealt with several realtors. Colin Sawyer is the first realtor I have worked with that I felt was more concerned about my finding the right house then his commission. Working with Colin for over a year never once did he question my seriousness about wanting to purchase a house. At all times he was both polite and professional and went out of his way to show me multiple houses. I wouldn't even consider purchasing another home without using him as my realtor.
