We Love Our New Home!

Colin was excellent in both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home. He is knowledgeable and up-to-date, works with a sense of urgency being quick to respond and act. He was a great advocate for my husband and I both as sellers and buyers, educating us as needed and making sure we were aware of all our options - giving solid advice but assuring us each decision was 100% ours to make without pressure. Our situation was not ideal - we listed while living in the house and put in an offer with a contingency on that sale. It was tricky but Colin was positive and realistic throughout, and ultimately got it done. Our experience could not have been better. Six months later we are still completely thrilled!
