We threw a tough situation at Colin and he jumped at the opportunity to take it on. The property was hard to sell and the financial situations on the buyer and seller end was far from normal. Colin stuck with it and was able to get it sold and closed.

Colin is not very sales person and not a good person last nite he called an idiot I don’t think a real estate agent should talk to his clients that way and he has called me much worse but words like that should not be said or printed. I wanted a six month contract and he finished filling it out later and I didn’t get a copy until six months later only to find he put it up for a year. DO NOT TRUST Colin !!!!!!!!!
