Colin is far and away the best realtor I've worked with! He helped my parents buy a home and then years later helped me sell my first home, and everything went so smoothly! He led me through making decisions without pressuring me at all but instead by giving me all the information I needed to feel confident in my choices. He is an excellent communicator, and followed up on everything through the escrow process daily and gave me all the updates I needed. He is always easy to get ahold of but is never pushy or overwhelming. I simply cannot express what a pleasure it was to go through the selling process with Colin. I've heard real estate is stressful, but honestly it was a joy and went so smoothly, all thanks to the hard work of Colin.
