There isn't enough credit we can give to Colin for finding us our new home. We have been searching for a home locally throughout the pandemic and with the prices increasing it was looking like we would have to move farther and farther away to get into a home of our own. As soon as we got connected with Colin it was very clear there was another level of detail and care he has for the clients he works with. He was able to get us our first home locally like we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Our family and friend groups love it and comment all the time on how they enjoy their time during visits. We love it. Thank you Colin as first home buyers for having our best interests at heart and taking the time to go over any paperwork or questions we had during the process to explain in detail each item and form. This was a great experience.
