It’s hard to take big leaps and so much better with others help! One particular person - without a doubt helped guide me through a process I’d not been through in many many years. She’s been in my life for ALOT of years as Nicolette and Katelyn’s mom and a neighbor. After the first of the year, Coleen began advising and helping me get the house on the market to sell. It went to the market but it didn’t stop there - she took me condo hunting, had her hubby back in the u-haul so it could be loaded up. Coleen texted me one day about a house she’d been renovating and offered it to lease and at that point, I was overwhelmed and humbled by her friendship! She not only sold the house but got me housed again exactly where I wanted to be!! And yes, I was afraid to use a friend and we talked about it. I will never be able to repay her for all her help and support! She knows her job and does it well!! It’s been a lot of hard work but I feel accomplished but know I didn’t do it alone! I am an out of town buyer and Coleen was a great resource of local knowledge and based on my vision of a new home and location was able to hone in on specific areas of interest. Over several trips to the area she devoted full days to showing me areas that met my requirements and I am very happy with the purchase I made.
