I've been working with Coleen for the past 2 years+. I would receive emails of recent house listings and once in a while when I would see a house that interested me, I would email her with questions and she would always respond with information about the house. Often Coleen would meet me at an open house or a private showing. When the time came to finally sell my home, Coleen did not hesitate in helping prepare me and my house to list to sell. I had never sold a house before and I was stressed, a little scared and tried not to freak out over the whole process. But Coleen was with me every step of the way! The photographs she had arranged of my house were very impressive and her recommended listing price was on point for the market. I didn't need to fear because she had it handled. My house sold within a month. Her professionalism, guidance, and steadfast patience is outstanding; and personally she is so kind, considerate and personable!
