Coleen Weeks

We recently bought our first home together! We have a kiddo on the way and honestly set out more with the intention of “looking” with a potential of buying if we found the perfect home. Coleen worked with us in the initial showing process endlessly (coming back to show additional homes that weren’t on the list). Making herself available whether by phone or in person to answer the slightest questions. I could continue, suffice to say she is wonderful to work with at all stages of the home buying process. OMG! Coleen is the best. She is so smart and wise. She really takes her time to explain the process of home buying. I was so scared to buy a home after my divorce. Coleen walked through each step so patiently and thoroughly. She wasn't pushy. She sat with me through every process. She double checked every inspection and did much research on the area. She knew more than just home buying, she made sure it was a perfect match for me and my girls. She showed me every house that met my criteria, that was huge for me. She was very careful to meet my needs and find a great community for us to grow in. She even sat here and waited on contractors and made sure I got really good bids. She went above and beyond for me. I would use her again and again.

To tell you the truth I really didn't want to sell my house and I wasn't looking forward to dealing with people coming in and out. With that being said, I'm so glad I worked with Coleen. The process was seamless. She is persistent, intelligent, relentless and works for you to sell your property. She was able to get me multiple offers after the first weekend and I couldn't be happier with the results. Coleen is friendly, respectful and very nice but is also a real pitbull when it comes to getting you what you want. She works for you, not against you. She doesn't think about anything else. I highly recommend her.
