Coleen was great from start to finish. As a first time home buyer she made the process feel a lot less daunting and a lot less stressful. She was readily available all the time when I had questions of any kind. When I started to feel like I wasn’t going to find anything in my price range in the timeframe I had she pushed hard to find something for me and she came through…big time. I absolutely love the home she found for me and my daughter and I couldn’t be more grateful for her.

This is the second house that Collene has sold for us in the last three years. The last house we were not happy with the realtor and we let them go and used her and she got the job done. So there was no doubt when we went to sell this house to move to Wisconsin that we wanted Collene’s expertise to get it sold. We had Coleen over prior to sign and we discussed what we needed to do to get the house ready. She guided us in the right direction and was very patient while we were getting things done. We did not want to be in the house and have it on the market due to the virus going around, so we decided once we moved out to head to our destination in Wisconsin she would put it for sale. We left on a Saturday afternoon she put it on the market Monday and it sold on Tuesday. The impressive part was what she did for us during the six weeks we were waiting for the closing on the house. She oversees all the outdoor maintenance on the property and was strategically running on our lawn irrigation system. She brought the mail in and checked on the house periodically to put us at ease. We had some conflict with new neighbors with some property line issues that she handled so I did not have to come back to deal with it. We felt helpless being 240 miles away but knowing that Coleen had everything under control awesome feeling. Bottom line we were very happy with Collene and would totally recommend her to sell your house.
