Coleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Agent

Colleen was a go-getter from the start. She staged our house to be appealing to buyers and made recommendations for small improvements that really show cased our home. Her strategies for marketing brought in so many interested people that our home sold very fast in a market that was slowing down. Her professionalism and presence took any anxiety out of the whole process. She had our best interest in mind at every step of the way. We felt we were always in good hands with Colleen. I highly recommend her to future sellers.
