Best realtor ever! I met Coleen at a mutual friend's birthday party and instantly I knew she was the exact realtor that I needed to list my place with. She was amazing! I didn't know how to get my place ready to sell and I didn't have the time to deal with getting it ready. I told Coleen that I needed help with all of it and she helped me with every thing, making it easy, quick and painless. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is honest, kind, hard working, a go-getter and has integrity. She is very knowledgeable and has many contacts who also have a lot of knowledge and skill. I am so glad that I met her at the birthday party and that she became my realtor. It would have taken me years to get my place ready to sell without her. And my place sold quickly and for a price higher than I imagined it would sell for. I will recommend Coleen to every one because she is the best realtor ever!
