My husband & I just picked the team of Coleen Brennan and Bill Forsythe with no prior experience or recommendation; but when we interviewed them, we were impressed with their enthusiasm and knowledge of sales in our area. They were very accommodating about not pressing us into changes & some repairs which we did not want to make, they were willing to take on the house as it was. Although it took somewhat longer to sell than any of us expected, they really hung in there and spent many many hours showing our house. When it did sell, they were still there helping with details & dealing with the buyers; even after it was officially closed. All in all, working with them was a very good experience; they made selling the house as easy and pleasant as the job of selling can be.

Colleen is so knowledgeable of the market. Getting you the most for your listing. But her service and work ethic is incredible. Immediate call backs, keeps you updated at all times . Seems there is nothing she hasn't seen or dealt with before. Feels so good to ride with. Having her as your advocate takes all worry or uncertainty out of selling your place. She has so many contacts and will treat you as a friend she's working for . Super person. If you like boutique service as I do not just being one of many you want to work with her.

Coleen was brought in when our first realtor had our listing for 6 months and we did not get even ONE offer. We found her on a fluke and she was EXACTLY what we needed and wanted. She is NO nonsense and will tell you how or why your current home has not sold or why you haven't found a home yet. She knows the real estate market from average priced homes ($750,000 in our case) to the luxury market (almost $5,000,000 in our case). She will not spend your money needlessly to fix-up your home for showings....she knows what makes a home more salable, based on the current market trends. When the contract with our agent we had to sell our condo expired, we again called her and she got it sold QUICKLY. She knows how to get the job done. I cannot recommend her highly enough....again, she's all business, but she does have a very good sense of humor!!!!!
