Purchased property thru Coshi in the summer of 2020. Have stayed in touch as we were interested in buying additional land. Saw current property online and contacted Coshi via text on a Friday night. She responded on Saturday and we were able to verbally finalize purchase on phone. We have loved working with Coshi! She is certainly very knowledgeable about mountain property. As we move forward with our plans to build we are excited to continue our relationship with Coshi.
