Cole is very skilled in the real estate business, with a high level of expertise. His answers to our inquiries were immediate, and he was always very responsive. We would rate our experience as superior and excellent in every way. His negotiation skills could not have been better. I would recommend Cole to anyone wanting to purchase or sell a property!!
