We met Cole while we were looking for a second home in Bradenton, FL. He was in constant contact with us, understood our needs and wants and price range. We had been in Bradenton for a week and looked at properties that Cole suggested. Nothing really gave us the "this is it" feeling. On the Friday night before our Sunday flight out I found a property in the exact neighborhood we were interested in and text Cole at 9:30 PM. He responded and by 10:45 PM we had an appointment to see the unit. On that Saturday morning, Cole met us and we saw the unit. It definitely gave us the "this is it" feeling! We asked Cole to give us a little bit of time to discuss it. He was fine with that. We left, had lunch and decided to put in an offer. I text Cole again and he got us back in to, now, really look at this property. The unit is private, overlooks a golf course and was just the right size for us. Yes, we want to make changes but it felt like home to us. We discussed our offer with Cole. He contacted the Seller's agent, went back to his office to write up the proposal and by 4:00 Saturday - they accepted our offer. I cannot express how happy we were with Cole for doing all he did for us. He walked us through the whole purchase and answered all of our questions. We closed within 3 weeks. We would recommend Cole Campbell to anyone looking for property. He is attentive, professional and just a great realtor to work with. He leaves you the feeling that he's got you - he's there for you.

My wife and I spent a tremendous amount of time looking for just the right home for us to call our winter home. Cole was a wonderful person and was always there for us to take care of our search.
