Cole Allers

Cole made himself available with my goofy work schedule. Easy to get in contact with and very knowledgeable about the whole buying process which helps a 1st time home buyer.

We were thrilled to have Cole Allers help us with the purchase of this investment home. He always responded quickly to address any of our concerns, gave us great advice, and really took the extra time we needed to explain all of the processes to us. He worked out great for us and continues to check in with me occasionally to see how things are going. I will use him in any future real estate dealings I have either purchasing or selling. He was always willing and able to answer questions or show up at the house. If he didn't know the answer to a question he would look elsewhere and find the answer. He also followed up after the closing and was able to help me with the hot water heater at the new home. I would definitely recommend Cole to others and I would call him again if I found a need.
