Colby is a true dedicated professional. This sale was a real test of a realtor, and Colby really shined all the way through. My wife and I both appreciated his wise counsel, his guidance, his knowledge of the area, his persistence, quick responsiveness, contagious optimism and great attitude. Besides selling our house, Colby also coordinated with numerous contractors for us, and kept on top of every detail, all the way through the process.
