Out of state? No problem! During my husband's deployment we started looking for a house and couldn't find a Realtor who met our needs. Finally, we found Colby and I am really grateful we did! We were out of state in a different time zone and my husband was in the other side of the world. Colby was always reachable which is really comforting when you can't be there in person. If he didn't answer he would text us with a realistic call back time. Once we decided to go with a new build he was in the trenches with dress shoes stomping through muddy plots. He never complained and went above and beyond! He uses language that makes sense and really supports you through the process. Not to mention he's hilarious! ?? I couldn't imagine having another realtor throughout this process. He became a friend and we would recommend him to our friends or family in a heart beat!
