Colby was AMAZING at Everything!! He was super patient with me as we looked at over 100 homes. He even went back to many for a second look or to bring my husband. He always provided helpful suggestions on listings, negotiation, choosing an area, or telling me what are the best restaurants near the home/area. He always had a positive attitude, never complained and made sure he was available whenever we needed him. He even offered to help with many things that didn't pertain to his job, like helping me pick up my dog from the groomers if his appointment ended earlier than expected. He grew to be not only a great realtor for us but a great friend and he helped us find the perfect home for me and my husband which are super particular!
