Colby was great to work with! The first day I met him we sat down at his office for a consultation. He helped answer my many questions and provided valuable information that helped me develop a clearer picture of the kind of property I would be interested in purchasing. It was very useful to me as a first-time buyer because it helped me better understand what I was looking for in a home and what I was not interested in. From there, Colby constantly provided me with new-to-market properties that fell within my budget and were in areas of town that I had an interest in moving to. Whenever I had questions or wanted to look at a property, Colby was always within reach and would quickly make arrangements to set up the walkthrough. When we found the house I wanted to make an offer on, Colby was very quick to respond in getting the offer in and negotiating with the seller's agent. He and his team were there with me through the entire process, working hard to get me the best possible price and terms and through closing, and I can't imagine it working out better than it did.
